ence? Who am I, that is having this experience? Who
am I, that is having this experience is witnessing
awareness?

특정 관점이나 입장을 선택하면서 ‘이 경험을 하는 존재

는 누구인가’하고 생각해보세요. ‘이 경험을 하는 나는 누
구인가?’ ‘지금 인식을 목격하는 이 경험을 하는 ‘나’는 과

연 누구인가?’라고 말이죠.

So, we get into the habit of being centered. That is
what it means. Not being overshadowed by experience.
Whether the experience is a perceptual experience, a
mental experience, an experience in relationship,
whatever, the witnessing of awareness is the ground of

existence. We take a stand that that is where we live.
