Let’s play a game. You know, this game is called the clap clap [klæp] 박수치다
game. It’s a very silly game, but one of my favorites. Yeah, the split second 순간
only thing you have to do is you have to have your hands in
front and you have to clap along with me in the exact split
second. Yeah? Are you all ready? All right. [Applause] You
missed it. Okay. [Applause]
게임을 해봅시다. 이 게임은 박수 게임이라고 해요. 아주 바보 같
은 게임이지만 제가 제일 좋아하는 게임 중 하나예요. 네, 두 손을
앞으로 내밀고 정확한 순간에 저와 함께 박수를 쳐야 해요. 어때
요? 다들 준비됐나요? 좋아요. [박수] 놓치셨네요 좋아요 [박수]
Okay, next. Let’s go to the next level of the game. You have intensity [inténsǝti] 강
to, let’s go to the next level of the game. You have to clap 도
along, you know, depending on where I place my hand. So
imagine my hand to be a scale, ohmmeter. If I take my hand
up, give me your highest intensity of clapping, your best 100%
clapping, and when I take my hand down, just give me a lower
intensity. So let’s all start clapping. [Applause]
좋아요, 다음이요. 게임의 다음 단계로 넘어가죠. 제가 손을 어
디에 두느냐에 따라 박수를 쳐야 해요. 제 손을 저울, 저항계라고
상상해보세요. 제가 손을 들면 가장 높은 강도의 박수를, 100% 박
수를, 손을 내리면 가장 낮은 강도의 박수를 쳐주세요. 그럼 모두
박수를 시작합시다. [박수]
Where y’all? Anybody worried about the past or the future? present [prézənt] 현재
And see, you are all laughing and smiling, right? When you’re
in acceptance of the present, now when your boss gives you a
hard time, you cannot be like, “But...” We all have been
blessed with a tool that we can use at any point of time to real-
ly come into the present moment. And that tool is breath. It’s
a breathing pattern.
