곈 자연과 내 정신이 완전히 합치된다.

곈 주문을 정성껏 읽다 보면 무아지경 無我之境, 내가 없는 경지에

이르게 된다.
mantra [mǽntrə] 주문 When you chant a mantra sincerely, you come to forget

forget [fərgét] 잊다 yourself completely, and you reach the state in which
completely [kəmplíːtli] you do not exist.

reach [riːtʃ] 도달하다 곈 자연섭리와 내가 ‘혼허입진 混虛入眞’, 하나가 돼야 한다.

원칙 곈 물아 物我가 구망 俱忘이다. 물질과 나를 한꺼번에 다 잊어버려
서, 물질도 없고 나라는 존재도 없고, 아무것도 없다 그렇게
돼야 그때부터 공부가 된다.
around [əráund] 주변에 You forget all things around you and you forget you;

penetrate [pénətrèit] there are no things and there is no you. When you
꿰뚫다 reach that state, your practice begins to go well.

하늘의
곈 상투천계 上透天界하고 하철지부 下徹地府다.
realm [relm] 영역, 범위
above [əbʌ́v] 위쪽에 You will penetrate the heavenly realm above and pierce
the depths of the earth below.
pierce [piərs] 꿰뚫다
depth [depθ] 심연
below [bilóu] 아래에 곈 공부가 되고 보면 하늘도 꿰뚫어보고, 땅 밑도 환하게 통해
meditation 서 들여다볼 수 있다.
[mèdətéiʃən] 명상
successful [səksésfəl] When your meditation is successful, you can look into
heaven and see inside the earth.
