호흡이 리듬을 벗어나면 불쾌감을 느끼는 경향이 있습니다. 몸이
멍해지고 마음과 사물은 불쾌해집니다.

that gene is pretty selfish. And it’s there to survive. And it
knows how to breathe, huh? But when you breathe out of
sync, you lose the natural cadence of this big tube’s breath,
huh? So sighing gets the cadence back in line.

tongue all the way back down your throat. And then, with all
the force and all the noise you can, stick your tongue right out.

deep breath. Ah. And then your least favorite moment from
