ting up nice and tall, you haven’t lost your beautiful posture,
and you’re still smiling. Let’s inhale together slowly. As you
exhale, hum. Beautiful! Inhale again, more slowly. Exhale,
stronger hum. You’re still smiling. Beautiful! Inhale one last
time, slowly. Exhale, hum. Stronger hum.
Beautiful! Thank you. You may open your eyes as you’re

calm, relaxed, restored, nourished? Yes? Yes! If you have a pen 아들이다
or a pencil with you, if you need to write down any of what
you just learned before you forget, yes. So, the trick is, how to
remember to practice this. The best and easiest way to affect
change in your life on a grand scale is to change your daily
routine. So, by embracing this breathwork practice, you will
start to see changes in your life. You will start to see that
you’re no longer carrying those same negative emotions, neg-
ative thought patterns, and you’ve learned how to heal
yourself. You’ve learned how, during times of anxiety or stress
or anger, you can remember, “Oh, I can just use the humming
breath for a few moments.”
