                               work and breathing is. That can really give the key to change
                               everything and to transform everything we know about our
                               bodies, about our health, our performance.

                               니다. 물론 호흡과 호흡이 얼마나 중요한지 이해하기 위해 제가 도
                               달한 지점까지 도달할 필요는 없습니다. 호흡은 모든 것을 변화시

                               키고 우리 몸과 건강, 수행 능력에 대해 우리가 알고 있는 모든 것을
                               변화시킬 수 있는 열쇠를 제공할 수 있습니다.



                                 Okay, sharks can turn into dolphins because the stresses,
                               strains, and traumas of our ordinary daily life, in the process

                               보시기 바랍니다.



                                 How was your breath then? How was your breath? Can you
                               bring them back? Yeah, faster like this? Some people, maybe
                               no breath at all. And now, on the other hand, I invite you to go
                               back to a moment in time  when you were peaceful and

                               relaxed. How was your breath? It was very different. And from
                               here, I can see, and I saw already, some of you changing. The
                               first one was like this, and the other one was like that.
